Pet Policy

Our community welcomes up to 2 pets per apartment! Cats and dogs are allowed, individual pets under 75 lbs, or a combined weight under 100 lbs. Prior to welcoming a pet into your home, residents will be required to pay a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 along with a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per pet.
